Out of a total of 25 years of my work experience, the last 15 years have been in leading and coaching teams through transformations and improvement programs in healthcare, manufacturing and service sectors.

From November 2019, I have begun another phase in my career, full time, with my own consulting firm ‘Lean Symbiosis Inc.’ (based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada). Since it is very early days yet, I pitch for and deliver client work with the help of very dependable and competent associates, or by myself .

We undertake Consulting Projects. Design & implement Systems. Assist in making Business Plans & Budgets. Help with writing Business Cases & White Papers. Conduct Training & Education.
